Refund policy
We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation and refund process works:
1. Customer Cancellations
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot, you’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot are not eligible for a refund.
2. Reschedules or Cancellations by Us
If we ever need to reschedule or cancel a meet-up/session, don’t worry—you’ll get a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. No-Shows
If you miss your scheduled session without prior cancellation, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
